My apologies for the unfavourable experience you had during your travel from Kuwait to Goa via Mumbai on May 3, 2012.

We have asked our Kuwait Airport Manager to review the current boarding process followed, to avoid such feedback from guests. I am sure he will share the feedback internally with the concerned service providers.

What further concerns is to know and also view the image of the meal that was served onboard this flight. Meals served on board our flights are an integral part of our over all service.  Hence your comments will certainly be taken up with our caterers with the seriousness it deserves.

Please also accept our sincerest apologies for the difficulties you had with your check in baggage. You have our assurance that renewed instructions have been sent to the concerned stations involved to ensure all staff and loaders are briefed to take additional precaution to ensure that we do not cause inconvenience to our valued guests.
